SoulBridging is the data controller and we are responsible for your personal data (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice).

What Information Is Collected?
SoulBridging may collect two types of information: Personal Information and non-Personal Information.
Personal Information is any information about you as an identifiable individual, such as your name, username, address, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, age, marital status, income level, education level, intentions, preferences and opinions. SoulBridging only collects Personal Information where it is voluntarily provided by the individual in question.
If you opt out of receiving marketing communications this opt-out does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions, such as purchases, warranty registrations etc.
Non-Personal Information is any information that cannot be associated with you as an identifiable individual, such as aggregated statistical information (such as the average length of time users spend on the Site), or other anonymous information, such as the type of browser that is being used to access the Site.
Why is the Information Collected?
SoulBridging may collect your Personal Information in order to enable SoulBridging to make general improvements to the Site, ensure that content standards of the Site are rigorously upheld, enable us to contact you and better serve your specific interests. Updating / Deleting your Information
SoulBridging enables our users to update/correct Personal Information previously submitted which the user states is erroneous to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests. To update or delete your information, please contact us. Please note that it may be impossible to delete a user’s entry totally without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.
Legal Rights of EU Residents
Under data protection laws you have rights in relation to your personal data that include the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, to object to processing, to the portability of data and (where the lawful ground of processing is consent) to withdraw consent.

This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you.
